High-Pressure Dosing Machines

Cannon high-pressure metering machines are built to ensure the highest performances. Easy to program, to be operated and maintained, those units are available with a range of output from 2,5 to 750 kg/min, in a wide range of configurations, number of components, type of dosing and mixing processes.

Cannon high-pressure dosing units, destined to handle conventional formulations, are available in four different series:

- "A-System" - output range from 10 to 350 kg/min

- "A-Compact" - output range from 10 to 200 kg/min

- "AP" - output range from 2.5 to 23 kg/min

- "HE-System" - output range from 20 to 750 kg/min

Dedicated versions exist for almost any kind of special formulation and moulding application, and their characteristics are often tailored upon specific requirements.

Low-Pressure Dosing Machines

Cannon low-pressure machines are suitable for those applications where high production rates, high technology and high capital investments are not required but, in the same time, able to cover many different application fields. The dosing units are available in three different series and more than 25 models.

Standard Low-Pressure Series

The widest range of polyurethane foam applications can be performed by these machines where their total output goes from 7 to 100 kg/min. The very simple and compact design combined with the easy and friendly management of the system make this units a valid solution to produce high quality foams. The dedicated low-pressure mixing heads are available with a wide range of differing mixers for different polyurethane applications.

Micro & Small Output Series

A flexible foam where densities differ with application is commonly used for manufacturing gaskets for electrical control panel doors, sealed lamps, automotive filters and many other applications. Formulations used are typically thixotropic and soft blends, used both for moulding or "in situ" applied applications. For these specific applications Cannon has developed the B2 Gasketing system, a turn-key package for material handling, chemical dosing/mixing, robotic pouring and automatic unloading/palletising of parts. Systems with chemical flow rates as low as 0.1 gr/sec are currently in production.

High-Output Series

Thanks to their flexibility and their configuration, beside the standards applications, these machines are particularly suitable for the production of head liners, furniture blocks with classic or prepolimer formulations. The range of these machines goes from 200 to 500 kg/min.
