The “AP” range represents the new family of high-pressure dosing units, specifically designed and manufactured by Cannon for the foaming of small rigid low density moulded products, such as small panels, flasks and small insulated containers where low and medium outputs are of essence.

 

Cannon AP machines are commonly used in place of low-pressure dosing units for similar applications with characteristics, which make them a valid and preferable alternative:

The “AP” dosing units are equipped with Cannon high pressure “LN” mixing heads which feature a straight-through mixing chamber, a compact shape for easy handling and reduced maintenance.

 

With the high-pressure “AP” machine, harmful head cleaning solvents are no longer required, considerably improving the working conditions for the operator and assuring greater safety. Further economic savings can be seen with the elimination of the costly process of disposal of head cleaning waste products, necessary for low pressure.
