The traditional continuous foam production process incorporates an inclined conveyor and a liquid chemical laydown mechanism directly on to the foaming conveyor.

Often used for production of speciality foam types including:

• Rigid foam for insulation,
• Polyester foam for high quality applications e.g. sports goods and clothing use,
• Fine, regular cell, Polyether foams for high quality applications.

This type of equipment is normally tailor made to customer specification.
