Cannon HE-System

Since 1983 this piston-dosing unit represents the most versatile system available for Polyurethane formulations that use abrasive filler, high level of nucleation gas or high-viscosity components. The ability of the HE to self-set and self-adjust, the accurate control of the piston speed which assure the accurate and repetitive metering of the Polyol and Isocyanate, the electronic control, are advantages that combine the high-pressure technology whit those derived from the use of electronic digital controls, offering a dosing unit system with a great operating flexibility and reliability.

Cannon "HE-System" has been designed to reduce maintenance to a minimum, thus saving time and expense on spare parts since there are no rotating parts in contact with components. The dispensing pistons move linearly at low speed, and any chance of leakage is virtually eliminated. 

The large number of these units, all over the world working in the complete range of Polyurethane applications, has proved the most important features of the "HE-System", which are:
  1. reliability (the piston concept gives the lowest down time)
  2. reduced maintenance (the lowest for PU machines)
  3. precision (the highest due to the piston concept)
  4. repeatability (the highest due to the closed-loop controls)
