Cannon Viking are pleased to introduce the latest development to improve flexible foam cell structure on standard Low Pressure continuous foaming plants such as:

• Maxfoam
• Easymax
• Conventional and Vertifoam Machines

The new development which is now already in successful operation with existing clients in Asia, Eastern Europe and South America utilises a special, patented Cannon mixing head unit for better mixing and introduction of nucleation air into the mixing head of the continuous foaming plant.
Great improvements are seen in the overall cell structure as well as the system giving the added benefit of better control of nucleation.
The system is available on new foaming plants supplied by Cannon Viking as well as available as an upgrade for existing low pressure foam machinery.
