Varimax (Maxfoam) is the Process accepted throughout the world as the most efficient way to make rectangular flexible foam block with variable block width during a production run.

Our Maxfoam machine is now in successful operation with more than 350 customers worldwide and many of these have made the necessary modifications to turn the Maxfoam plant into a Varimax machine, to allow them the flexibility to vary the width of their continuous foam production actually during a run without stopping the machine to increase the efficiency of their machine and reduce scrap levels still further.
