For years, we have introduced most of the services as offered. We have started to introduce two new services in the systems which are Standard Preventive Maintenance and Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Plan.
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
These training are designed to train site maintenance staff and operator in the correct service techniques required to carry out operational and faults finding checks on Cannon PU equipment. A practical session is included in the day’s training to make site personnel familiar with the supplied equipment and its operational function. The objectives of the training is to provide customer on site specialized maintenance staff with the knowledge required to operate the equipment at its optimum performance and minimize any unplanned downtime of equipment due to breakdown.
Details of the training
We normally carry out this training at Singapore HQ which equipped with the necessary information and facilities for conducting the training. The number of personnel attending the training courses is recommended not more than four persons. It is also possible to carry out training at customer premises. However, the additional benefits of holding the training is to carry out the practical training on the Cannon PU equipment being used in the specified application. Nevertheless, detailed training on the pump, mixing head servicing would be very much depending on the availability of the part for servicing during training.

SPARE PARTS SERVICE
Availability of the essential spare parts is an important part of Cannon Far East After Sales Support. We maintain here in our Subang office ample spare parts to cater for the immediate needs of all our customers . If need be, we can always fly in the spare parts from our head office in Singapore .
This will take not more than 24 hours. List of recommended spares for each different Cannon PU equipment can be provided upon request.
Customer is highly recommended to keep essential spares for emergency breakdown service.
 
TROUBLESHOOTING & BREAKDOWN SERVICE
Cannon Far East (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s technical team has more than 10 years experience in trouble shooting PU machines. Our technicians are fully trained and able to solve most of the molding problem faced by the industries .The local team is also supported by our head office engineers from Singapore in time of emergency .
