Cannon supply a wide range of low-pressure mixing heads, all equipped with a series of mixers developed for different applications.

Two configurations are available: "single rod" mixing head and "double rod" mixing head. The system allows to open and close the components lines by a pneumatic cylinder with the possibility of the component recycling through the same mixing head.

Cannon Low-Pressure Mixing Heads

The peculiarity of this mixing head is the mechanical separation of the flow that keeps the two components separated right up to the injection ports, thus preventing cross contamination.

Between the available range of low-pressure mixing heads is possible to find the right and suitable utput for each specific requirements (from 0.2 gr/sec up to 500 kg/min).

In those applications where it is necessary to work with additional component, Cannon have design a low-pressure mixing head characterized by a double male mixing system and a series of injectors for very low-output multi-component applications, specially developed for the Cannon Gasketing Technology.
